At Brandenburg, "Salt Chair" 2000, silver (sterling 925), iron, salt,
diamond, height 25 cm. (Comes with miniature salt scraper to fit in one of the upright containers) The Salt Museum in Delden is currently staging an exhibition entitled “Salt Captured in Silver”, to mark the festivities surrounding its 15th anniversary. Silversmith members of “Silver in Motion” were invited to design a salt container each. At Brandenburg’s entry received the award for the most original design. The exhibition runs until 31 January 2001. |
